Federal Court Issues Positive Decision
Ottawa January 8, 2013 – The Federal Court has ruled that Métis are “Indians” under section 91(24) of the Constitution Act, 1867, confirming that it is the federal government which has the jurisdiction to enter into governmental relations with the Métis Nation. Continue reading
